FORFAR STORE SALE REPORT
Sale Date: Tue 20 September
Lawrie & Symington, Forfar had forward 2846 Sheep at their Second Sale of Store and Breeding Sheep. Incorporated in the sale was the Show of Blackface Wedder Lambs, kindly sponsored by the Blackface Breeders Association. Judge for the day was Mr. Alfie Taylor, Heatheryhall Farm, Biggar and his results were as follows:-

Today also saw a centre record for a pen of Blackface Ewe Lambs from Mr. M. Simpson, Sidlaw making £180 each and selling to Mr. J. McIrvine, Balblythe.
