Lawrie & Symington, Forfar had forward  25  Prime Cattle, 4 Cows  and  523  Prime Sheep. 


Bullocks (8) Sold to a top of 2.50p per kg for a 616 kg Limousin from Nethermyres and purchased by the Firm of W.E. Fairlie, Letham and to £1674.64 for a 692 kg Limousin also from Nethermyres and purchased by J. Chapman (Butchers) Ltd., Wishaw to average 2.41p.

Heifers (17) Sold to a top of 2.58p per kg and £1769.88 for a 686 kg BRB from the Gask and purchased by Falconer Family Butchers, Arbroath to average 2.40p.
