PRIME CATTLE

Bullocks (13) sold to a top of 2.38p per kilo (twice) once for a 621 kg Limousin from Nethermyres and purchased by the Firm of W.E. Fairlie Ltd., Letham and secondly for a 618 kg Limousin also from Nethermyres and purchased by Falconer Family Butchers, Arbroath, and to £1619.36 for a 698 kg Limousin from Nethermyres and purchased by the Firm of W.E. Fairlie Ltd. to average 2.22p per kg.

Heifers (17) sold to a top of 2.42p per kilo (twice) once for a 567 kg Limousin from West Bog and purchased by the Firm of J.B Penman, Crail and secondly for a 552 kg Limousin from Woodhead of Mailer and purchased by Scott Bros., Dundee, and to £1496.14 for a 626 kg Limousin also from West Bog and purchased by James Ewart Ltd., Monifieth to average 2.29p per kg.
